TERMS OF SALE

Introduction

(a)the offer and sale of products on the website www.attrezzatureestetica.com are governed by these general conditions of sale.

(b) products purchased on the website www.attrezzatureestetica.com (owned by the Global Service Group S.r.l., are sold by: Global Service Group S.r.l., Via della Repubblica, 142 - 56021 Cascina (PI), P.IVA: IT02018020509

(c) purchase transactions are settled, inter alia, by the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6.9.2005.

(d) the term "customer" refers to the buyer of goods purchased from us.

(e) "Contract" refers to the contract between the parties for the sale and purchase of goods incorporating these terms and conditions.

(f) the term "goods" or "product" refers to any item purchased from us.

 

1. ACCEPTANCE of the GENERAL CONDITIONS of SALE

1.1 all contracts will be concluded directly by accessing the website corresponding to the address www.attrezzatureestetica.com, where the customer may terminate the contract for the purchase of the asset and/or product carefully following directions and procedures.

1.2 these general conditions of sale are an integral and essential part of the contract of sale, for that reason they must be examined on-line by the client, before completing the purchase process. Forwarding the confirmation of order, therefore, implies full knowledge thereof and its total acceptance.

1.3 the General conditions of sale can be updated or changed at any time by Global Service Group S.r.l. which will be communicated through the pages of the web site. The customer undertakes and agrees to have them printed and conservation.

1.4 the customer, by sending an electronic confirmation of your purchase order unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe, in their relations with Global Service Group S.r.l., the General conditions of sale, including the payment terms set out below, stating that they have read and accept all of the information provided to him.

1.5 Global Service Group S.r.l. is not bound by various terms and conditions unless previously agreed and accepted in writing.

 

2. SALES PRICES AND DETAILED PURCHASE

2.1 all the selling prices of products displayed and indicated on the website do not include the TVA. (value-added) Italian and all other taxes, and in particular for what concerns the sale outside the EU, the customer will be responsible for any taxes and/or local tax on your purchase. The tax, if applicable will be shown on the invoice and on the final page of the payment, before you enter your payment information.

2.2. the total cost of shipping and transport to the place where the customer is borne by the buyer.
2.3 the purchase contract becomes effective by the exact compilation and the consensus expressed in purchasing through the accession date "on line", except in the proper order of payment, the goods or the goods supplied to the customer remain the property of Global Service Group S.r.l., until the total extinction of the debt (retention of title which is deemed accepted and signed by the exact compilation and the consensus expressed in purchasing through the accession date "on line".

2.4 the customer can pay your order using the payment methods listed on-line at the time of purchase. The payment must be made online through advance bank transfer, cheques, paypal and credit cards. For other forms of payment, you can contact directly the company. In all cases, the delivery will fail unless we receive confirmation that the payment was made and posted by the company.

2.5 In case of errors generated by the computer system (e.g. incorrect pricing), Global Service Group S.r.l. reserves the right not to process your order, cancel your order or do not accept the order, even in the case of payment by the buyer, in the latter case the Global Service Group S.r.l. and dealing with a non-acceptance of order will return the amount cashed.

 

3. DELIVERY

3.1 Global Service Group S.r.l. will replace the carrier/shipper, with this continued delivery, products selected and ordered to be transported to the customer at the address indicated by him. Times and delivery dates may be provided in the website www.attrezzatureestetica.com or directly to the customer are not guaranteed, are purely for informational purposes only and may vary due to external factors not controllable.

3.2 the goods will be delivered within the time limits referred to in art. 54 of d.Lgs. 206/06. No responsibility can be attributed to Global Service Group S.r.l. for delay or failure to deliver due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.

3.3 the customer is obliged to ensure, on receipt, the conformity of the product delivered to him with the order placed: only thereafter, and unless, of course, the right of withdrawal, the customer must sign the documents received. The customer must notify us promptly and in any event within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, any damage suffered by them during transport or sign "subject" to the courier.

3.4 risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer at the time of shipment. The ownership of the goods remains with us until you have received from the customer the complete payment of all amounts due. The customer shall be responsible for the safe storage and insurance of all goods our property. The customer is not entitled to resell the goods until full payment has been made of the same.

 

4. ONLINE ORDERING of GOODS and AVAILABILITY of PRODUCTS

4.1 the customer warrants that all information requested at the time of ordering goods online are accurate and complete in all respects and that this information about the customer and/or the person issuing the order and not to any third parties.

4.2 when you execute an order on line, the order confirmation issued by the company authorizing the payment by credit/debit card does not constitute acceptance of the order by us. Global Service Group S.r.l. reserves the right to control any discrepancies and the order will be confirmed only after verification.

4.3 Global Service Group S.r.l. reserves the right not to consider binding order in the case of any processing error due to technical reasons or other reasons beyond our control.

4.4 the customer shall purchase the products listed in the electronic catalogue prepared by www.attrezzatureestetica.com in the existing quantity or availability in stock. Please note that the database is updated in real time but every 72 hours. For this reason, if the product purchased by the customer on www.attrezzatureestetica.com is no longer present in the store and not otherwise available within the deadlines provided for in art. 54 d.Lgs. 206/06 the company is committed (written notice pursuant to art. 54 d.Lgs. 206/06, para II) to refund in the shortest time possible (and in any event no later than 30 days) the value of the transaction and not expenditure provided for the payment of the supply.

 

5. RELIABILITY IS PRIVACY

5.1 Global Service Group S.r.l. assumes no liability for disruptions due to force majeure such as, but not limited to, accidents, explosions, fires, strikes, lock-outs and/or earthquakes, floods and other similar events that would prevent, in whole or in part, to execute within the time agreed by contract.

5.2 Global Service Group S.r.l. will not be liable to any party or any third party for damages, losses and costs sustained as a result of the non-execution of the contract for the reasons mentioned above, the customer is entitled only to the refund of the price paid.

5.3. Likewise, the company Global Service Group S.r.l. is not responsible for any misuse and abuse which may be made by third parties, credit cards, cheques and other means of payment, upon payment of the products purchased. www.attrezzatureestetica.com, in fact, at any time of the purchase procedure is in a position to know the credit card number of the customer which, by opening up a secure connection, is transmitted directly to the Manager of bank service.

5.4 the company Global Service Group S.r.l. is closely following the procedures required by Directive 95/46/EU as transposed by Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 for the processing of personal data and, for the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, Directive 97/7/EC as transposed by Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185.
The customer declares to have read the information provided pursuant to art. 10 Law 675/1996, at the time of filling online forms needed to complete their purchases and that these data will be used for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to managing relations with the compilante (internal statistics, feedback of liking, acquisitions preliminary information aimed at the conclusion of an agreement or the provision of a service, etc.) and purposes connected with obligations required by law.
In accordance with law 675/96, the customer also declares to know that if you are registering is expressly permitted by him, the data provided could be used for promotional, marketing and sales as well as for statistics through consultation, processing or comparison.

 

6. OBBLIGHI DEL CLIENTE

6.3 is expressly forbidden to insert data from third parties. Global Service Group S.r.l. reserves the right to prosecute any infringement or abuse, in the interest and for consumer protection.

6.4 the customer indemnifies Global Service Group S.r.l. from any responsibility deriving from the issue of tax documents incorrect due to errors related to the data provided by the customer, having himself sole responsibility for the proper insertion.

 

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND COMPLAINS

7.1 pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree. 206/06 the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product received, subject to the terms and conditions below.

7.2 the customer for any reason you feel satisfied with your purchase, has the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without giving any reason within 10 days after the date of receipt of the product purchased, sent, within the above time limit, of a written notice of termination

(b) b) by fax (to number + 39 050702586 ) or an e-mail to the following e-mail address (info@attrezzatureestetica.com), provided that such notification is confirmed within 48 hours by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt referred to in point (a).

7.3 if he or she exercised the right of withdrawal in the manner referred to in item 7.2, the customer must return the product within and no later than the 15th business day of receiving the product, through direct delivery or shipment to Global Service Group S.r.l., Via della Repubblica, 142-56012 Cascina (PI). All costs of returning products shall be borne by the customer. All items must be returned intact and in the same State in which they were received, with the original packaging.

7.4 in case compliance with all conditions and obligations of consumers provided for under points 7.2 and 7.3, the firm Global Service Group S.r.l.. will refund the purchase price minus the shipping charges incurred, minus any costs incurred relating to the refund from Global Service Group S.r.l., with currency equal to the 30th day following the date on which www.attrezzatureestetica.com had knowledge of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer.

 

8. PAYMENT

8.1 the customer may choose between different modes of payment:

* ONLINE PAYMENT with CREDIT CARD
Visa, Mastercard. The payment is verified instantly by the Bank (through IWBank) and the order goes immediately to be worked.

* ONLINE PAYMENT with PAYPAL
Payment with Paypal is verified instantly and the order goes immediately to be worked.

* OFF LINE PAYMENT via Bank Transfer
In this case, the order will be executed immediately upon receipt of confirmation from the Bank or the receipt by fax the payment claim. Choosing this payment method, being necessary the necessary checks, processing time and higher order management.

9. EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE

The obligations assumed by the customer pursuant to art. 7 (customer obligations), as well as the guarantee of successful completion of the payment that the customer makes with the means of art. 2, have essential character, so to express, the Pact, failure by the customer, only one of these bonds will result in the termination of the contract pursuant to art. 983 c.c., without need of pronouncement, without prejudice to the right for the company Global Service Group S.r.l. to take legal action for damages for the further damage.

10. JURISDICTION AND VENUE

10.1 any dispute concerning the interpretation, application, enforcement and breach of contracts concluded purchase on-line via the website www.attrezzatureestetica.com is subject to Italian jurisdiction: these terms and conditions are, to the extent not expressly provided for, the conjunction of the civil code and Legislative Decree 185/06.

10.2 To any dispute between the parties relating to this Agreement wil be competent the Court of Pisa
